Unhappy with our service?
We always deal with cases efficiently. However, sometimes things don't go according to plan. When that happens, we try to put things right immediately.
If you are not happy with the way we are dealing with your case you need to tell us as soon as possible. This is important as we are not able to look at your concerns about our service after we have closed our file.
To complain about our service, speak to your caseworker or their team manager, quoting your reference number.

Legal Services Ombudsman
If you're unhappy with our decision or the way in which we've handled your complaint, you can contact the Legal Services Ombudsman (LSO). The LSO oversees our complaints-handling operations and acts as an independent voice.
If you want the LSO to review your file, you should contact the LSO within three months of the date of our decision.
